We completed a complex Office 365 Tennant to Tennant migration across multiple international sites and time zones. We designed and deployed their Teams installation, satisfying the demanding requirements of a financial services company. The ability for users to self-create Teams was maintained by Power automate flows which prompt the user to accept a retention policy and create reports for compliance. To fill-the-gap till a commercial product was available, we wrote a solution which used graph API calls to extract data from teams and pass it to their established compliance tool. Teams is now fully embedded in the organisation with nearly all users using it daily

Centrica PLC
£100M End User Computing tender comprising of 53,000 user account Office 365 Migration (Email, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Yammer, Federated Azure AD, Skype) and Windows 10 transformation. We were also asked to take over technical lead of a late running, partially designed, 6500 seat XenApp/ XenDesktop/ App-v/ Appsense design and build, where only 200 users had been migrated and which was lacking in design documentation. Lead a team of 12 architects and engineers to complete the solution, migration and achieve hand-over to support.
Bank of Ireland
This was a short-term engagement to course-correct a problematic Windows 10/ Office 365 rollout to the banks 18,000 staff which was at an embryonic stage. We resolved over 200 defects and delivered a successful pilot which included a polished Windows 10 build, detailed design documentation and a skilled team who now have embedded processes to develop and govern the solution.

Balfour Beatty
We handled 26,000 mailbox migrations from a variety of email platforms to Exchange and Lync 2013 as well as designing and leading implementation of a load balanced multiple supplier internet security gateway for messaging services. We also migrated 12,000 machines from Windows XP to Windows 7 across 800 sites.
BBC
We were responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and development of the Delivering Quality websites for the intranet and bbc.co.uk websites. our role included ensuring the quality of documentation produced and distributed throughout the organisation and referred to by external suppliers, as well as co-ordinating the internal change control process. We also worked on the creation and development of the standards for High Definition Television.
The National Archives
Working within their busy Education department, we were responsible for redeveloping and updating the National Archives website. This involved meeting with stakeholders to discuss requirements, often needing to achieve consensus before building these into any designs.
